AllCard can produce any type of employee ID or membership ID for your organization. We can personalize your card with a photo and other personal information on your behalf, or offer a suitable card printer so you can do it yourself. We can also help address any integration concerns including your HRIS system or door access devices. With our new online ordering service, getting your cards produced is now as easy as ordering take-out.

Card Printers

AllCard offers a wide range of card printers for printing and encoding on any type of card. We deliver them packaged with the supplies you’ll need – from ribbons and blank PVC cards to laminates and cleaning kits. We also operate a local service center to provide troubleshooting and repair services for various warranty and maintenance options.

Visitor Management

For corporate offices and residential properties, visitor registration is often done manually using logbooks and sign-up sheets. Our AVIMA solution automates the entire visitor registration process, making your time-in and out reporting digital. With added features like ID capture and advance scheduling, it can also be integrated with our self-service kiosks and door access devices—creating a seamless visitor experience.

Member Management

With our AMIA solution, any kind of organization can manage all of its member information from one platform. Track membership fee payments, monitor training or event attendance, and issue an ID card using the system at any time. AllCard can also customize additional features depending on your unique needs. This solution is especially useful for professional groups under the Professional Regulation Commission of the Philippines (PRC) that require CPD credits.

Event Registration

Expedite the registration process at your next event with AERON. AllCard provides the full gamut of services from pre-registration of event attendees to on-site issuance of event badges. We have card printers and self-service kiosks available for rent, as well as the platform to manage your guest list and event attendance analytics.

Queue Management

Q creates a smarter queueing experience, whether you’re queueing virtually or on-site. It allows your customers to enter a queue via different channels, such as scheduled appointments booked via web or mobile app, or ticket issuance from a self-service kiosk. Once their turn arrives, they can be notified via SMS or email, reducing customer waiting time and eliminating unscheduled crowds. Our solution can also manage customer flow within the branch, integrated with digital signage for a holistic customer journey.
