Production Operator
- At least six (6) months of experience in the same or a related role in a manufacturing company.
- Graduate of at least a two-year vocational course.
- Demonstrates mechanical aptitude.
- Shows aptitude in mathematics, problem-solving, and computer skills.
- Possesses sufficient body motor skills to move from one production station to another.
- Good color perception and visual acuity to meet job demands.
The Production Operator is responsible for operating machinery and handling materials to ensure products meet quality standards and production schedules. This role supports on-time delivery of all company orders through efficient and accurate production processes.
QA Inspector
- At least one (1) year of experience as a Quality Assurance in a manufacturing company.
- College graduate of any technical course.
- Knowledgeable in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
- Must have clear vision and should not be color blind.
The QA Inspector checks incoming materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. This role helps maintain product quality and consistency throughout production.

Personalization Operator
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (BSIT) or any related computer course.
- At least 6 months of technical experience in the manufacturing or printing industry.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Physically capable of occasionally lifting light to heavy materials or objects.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow operational and security procedures.
The Personalization Operator is responsible for performing all tasks related to customer personalization processes while ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to company procedures. This role involves handling equipment and materials, maintaining documentation, and supporting smooth production operations.
Account Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in card manufacturing, card printing and consumables, or ICT equipment and solutions.
- Experience handling clients in key industries such as Financial Services/Banking, Education, Government, and Enterprise is an advantage.
The Account Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and growing strategic client relationships in the card manufacturing, card printing and consumables, and ICT equipment and solutions markets. The role involves managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and providing solutions that meet clients’ needs. The Senior Account Manager also mentors junior team members.
