LOYALTY AND REWARDS: SEAOIL


Established in 1997, SEAOIL is a proudly Filipino company with a mission to fuel a better future. Now the largest independent fuel company in the country with over 350 stations, it has consistently strived to innovate and introduce more advanced, environment-friendly fuel products to the market.

To stay competitive with other fuel companies offering card programs to their customers, SEAOIL engaged AllCard to provide a customized end-to-end loyalty and rewards solution consisting of a back end system, terminal hardware and card production. As a result of close collaboration, SEAOIL was able to launch its VIP CLUB Card in February 2018, enabling them to give personalized rewards and incentives to customers.

Open to all motorists including public and private vehicles, every gas-up now enables members to earn points, which can be converted to cash or next purchase of any SEAOIL product. Points are awarded at a rate of 1 point: P100, with purchases below P100 still awarded points on a pro-rated basis. Three types of membership—bronze, silver and gold—are also offered with varying VIP point equivalents for each. Currently rolled out to 159 stations nationwide, the program has over 30,000 active cardholders, growing by the day.



And it definitely won’t stop there. AllCard’s powerful Ateilla Rewards Manager software has the capability to implement targeted, parametric campaigns. Have the data on your cardholders’ birthdays? Award double points on their birth month or birthday or give them a special treat. Is Monday your lowest sales day? Offer an electronic coupon valid for three months for purchases made on Mondays, down to a specific time period. Or why not give triple points for a minimum spend on a certain holiday for one branch, a group of branches, or all of your branches?
